If you've ever watched the iconic scene from the movie "Seven" with Brad Pitt and Kevin Spacey then you might be thinking there's a human head inside! Well, sorry to disappoint some folks but we currently do not send out human heads! You will however receive, depending on your order, great coffee and or collector's merchandise

For the initial shipment, when you enroll in a subscription plan:

Initial subscription orders generally go out within a few days. (The exception to this, is for subscriptions placed with the last 5 days of the month.)

After that your shipments will be sent out as stated below:

Subscription based orders are sent out on the 2nd of each month, or the next business day depending on Post Office hours.

If the 2nd falls on a Non-Business Day (Saturday or Sunday), then your products will go out on Monday, which is the next business day.

Example:

If the 2nd falls on a Saturday your order will be shipped on Monday the 4th. If the 2nd falls on a Sunday, it will be shipped on Monday the 3rd.

For your initial enrollment of a subscription plan you will be charged either at the time you place your first order or shortly after. (The exception to this, is for subscriptions placed with the last 5 days of the month.) Every month after that you will be charged as stated below :

For a subscription plan, you will normally be charged on the 1st of each month, when your order is being prepared. This is the business day before your order is shipped, which is normally on the 2nd of each month.

There is an end of the month 5 day grace period on all subscription orders.

Any SUBSCRIPTION placed within the last 5 days of the month will start on the 1st of the next month. You will not be charged for this subscription at the time you place your order. You'll be charged on the 1st for the subscription and your shipment will go out, as is outlined in other FAQ answers.

Example of an order placed during the grace period:

You place your initial order on May 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th, or 31st. You will not be charged or receive a subscription order for May. Your first payment for this subscription will be charged on June 1st. At which time the normal billing and shipment cycle will go into effect and June's shipment will go out, as is outlined in other FAQ answers.

Example of an order placed any other day of the month:

You place your initial order on May 1st - 26th, you'll be charged for May and will get a subscription shipment for May. After this the normal billing and shipment cycle will go into effect, as is outlined in other FAQ answers.

Please Note: The grace period is for SUBSCRIPTIONS ONLY. There is no grace period for other items. If you order subscription and a non subscription items at the same time, during the 5 day grace period, they will be charged separately and most likely will be shipped separately.

Normally two business days. after the order was placed.

Example: Order placed, Next day Order prepared for shipping, Day after Order shipped.

Longer Detailed Answer:

Individual orders / Non-subscription orders are normally shipped the next business day after they are prepared. Order prep is generally within one business day from the time the order was placed. Please note business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. We are closed for shipping Saturdays, Sundays, and all major Holidays.

Example: If your order is placed on a Monday, it will be prepared for shipping on Tuesday, and ship out on Wednesday. If your order is placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will generally be prepared for shipment on Monday, and be shipped on Tuesday.

Individual / non-subscription orders are charged when you place the order.

Absolutely! Our K-cups come in boxes of 12. K-cup boxes are available individually or in a subscription.

We offer both 12oz bagsfor monthly subscriptions and individual purchase.
Each 12oz bag will serve about 30 cups of coffee.

Nope! We used to and it was really good too but we discontinued it. Let's be real though.... No one wants Decaf.
